Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it ships, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

After Shipping: If you cancel after the order has shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. We will process your refund within 5 business days after we receive the returned items in their original condition.
Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, or clearance items, are not eligible for cancellation or return. These items are clearly marked on the product page and in your order confirmation email.
